Short Description:
This lecture provides an in-depth exploration of Atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (aHUS), a rare and life-threatening form of thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA) characterized by thrombocytopenia, microangiopathic hemolysis, and one or multiple organ damages. Learners will gain insights into the pathogenesis of Ahus and the challenges of diagnosing ahUS.
